Competitions
In the absence of explicit consent, the personal data of a competition participant is collected, processed and used solely for the design, implementation and/or processing of the competition and is deleted once the competition is over. Newsletter
With the newsletter New Flag informs users about its’ own deals. If you want to receive our newsletter, you have to enter a valid email adress and confirm your input by clicking on the confirmation link in the automatically sent confirmation email. Further data is not collected. This data is only used for sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.
By registering for the newsletter we store your IP address and the date of registration. This data storage only serves as evidence in case a third party abuses an email address and subscribes someone to the newsletter without that person’s knowledge.

The consent tot he storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at all times with effect for the future.

The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletters themselves, in the profile area or sending a message to the email address stated above.
When you open a newsletter or click on a link in it, this will be logged in our server (date, time, email address). This is used for internal statistical purposes. This data is not merged to personal user profiles.

Inclusion of third-party services and content
