Country Manager France (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Develop the existing activity in the French market:
• Transform New Flag’s strategic objectives into operational and practical objectives
• Proactively identify and share new opportunities based on your intuition and knowledge of the market, and integrate them into a strategic plan
• Execute New Flag’s objectives while staying on top of the trends, improve the value added to the customers as well as differentiate New Flag from its competitors
• Manage and train the team to collectively reach the next level of the development of the business
Create and develop long term ‘Win-Win’ agreements with key clients in order to boost the sales
performance:

• Define sales performance targets (KPIs) based on both the business stakes and the understanding of the product and the consumer
• Develop our brands’ storytelling based on the analysis of the consumer behaviour
• Possess a deep understanding of P&L, Pricing, Retail etc...
Define and execute well structured negotiation plans for our key clients:
• Strategically use your acute understanding of the business, effectively use sales techniques, and
thoroughly exploit your communication skills to influence the outcome of a negotiation to create an agreement
• Manage effectively short & long term tactics and contractual strategies
Manage communication and networking opportunities in the most profitable way:
• Be the representative of New Flag to our partners and prospect clients in France through salons and various events in order to expand our visibility and boost our sales
• Choose and distribute suitable promotional materials in accordance to the brand strategy and the understanding of the consumer behaviour as a means to achieve our target performance
Assist New Flag’s global development:
• Proactively analyze and share consumers’ and clients’ best practices
• Support with global activities (logistics, customer service…) in order to assure an efficient functioning of our operations in France

qualification

• 10 to 13 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing big accounts on a senior level; ideally in the beauty sector
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Entrepreneurial spirit, hands on, and pragmatic
• Fluent in both French and English
