Country Manager Poland (m/f/d)

Your tasks

New Flag is expanding all over Europe.
We are now ready for the next step and would like to professionalize and grow our Polish business even
more by founding a Subsidiary.


• Build up our first subsidiary in Poland
• Expand and grow the existing business
• Identify the opportunities within the Polish market, create your own strategy start with the execution of the plan yourself
• Build and train your own team
• Overall in-depth knowledge of a P&L
• You are able to turn New Flags strategic goals and initiatives into executable objectives in the Polish market
• You pro-actively set, communicate, and execute objectives, contributing to the results and increasing business results by enhancing overall value to customers, and differentiating New Flag from its competition in step with market circumstances
• You can balance gut-feeling with an ability to convert and translate data into a wide range of actionable proposals / recommendations where you consider wider and longer-term business consequences
• Prepare and execute a well-structured negotiation plan based on thorough understanding of
competitive marketplace, contrasting perspectives and New Flag’s commercial interests
• Plan and undertake complex and contractual business negotiations with customers
• Create long term win-win arrangements
• You use flexible interpersonal skills to influence the outcome of negotiations, resolve conflict and
close the deal
• You are capable of influencing others-even without direct reporting authority
• You are able to develop forecasts and identify trends
• You are able to conduct basic analysis of consumer / shopper relevant data to provide input to
customer and sales development plans
• You develop highly effective selling story and gain account agreement to change
• You understand how the different promotional vehicles get executed cost-effectively and how
they integrate with the brand /category strategy and can develop a customer proposition based
on understanding of consumers who buy New Flag products
• You are capable of integrating business objectives and customer, category and consumer understanding to set customer performance targets, to select 4P opportunities, and to deliver effective execution of channel/account/3rd party plans; effectively managing short-term and long-term contractual tactics and strategies
• You apply effective selling technique to create and maintain consistent sales performance

qualification

• 8-10 years Sales experience of which a minimum of 3 years in a Key Account Manager role in a leadership position
• Preferably with Retail experience in Drug- Beauty key accounts
• ENTREPENEURIAL spirit is a key requirement
• Self-starter
• Management skills
• Overall business knowledge
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Hands on mentality
