- Achieve expected results and beyond, maximize the sales potential of your customers and sales team, develop new customers
- Develop marketing tools for our brands based on the company's sales strategy and adapted to the needs of our customers
- Develop a B2B customer loyalty eco-system, to help our customers develop through our brands (training, services, loyalty)
- Monitor the market and competition
- Be the point of contact for any customers´ issues and complaints
- Visit partners, sales representatives and stores regularly. Post-visit reports and feedback. Suggestions for improvements
- Develop a training program, develop partnerships with trainers and influencers in the hairdressing industry.
- Sales analysis and reporting, planning and forecasting
What you bring
- Minimum 10 years experience in B2B sales, including 3 years in sales team management in the hairdressing industry
- Confirmed negotiator with a strong strategic approach and a proven leader with the ability to develop successful sales teams
- Agility on social networks and the ability to use them as a working tool
- Assertive leader with the ability to develop high-performance sales teams
- Creative, an "out of the box" attitude, passionate, able to communicate and convince customers and sales teams around our values and brands
- Very good communicator, good presentation, influencing skills
- Good English skills, German is a plus
- Positive attitude, agile mind and humor!
