Junior IT Administrator (m/f/d)

What awaits you with us

  • Independent administration, installation and support of the end user compute environment (laptops, printers, file shares, user access and on-boarding of new employees)
  • Managing Windows Domain environment (creating users, reset passwords etc..)
  • Working in NAVISION ERP System first level Support
  • Proactive contribution of solution-oriented ideas and experience to improve IT processes and infrastructure
  • Co-supervision of the international user helpdesk (1st and 2nd level)
  • Ensuring business continuity from IT perspective
  • Close cooperation with the individual company departments as well as with national and international colleagues in the implementation of current and future IT projects for the continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Technical and conceptual development of the cloud-based applications (MS O365, Atlassian, G-suite, Dropbox) in a hybrid environment (Windows, MacOS and iOS)
  • Supervision and further development (conception, implementation and securing) of the application with the support.

What you bring

  • During your first or even several years of professional experience you have been able to prove your skills in IT administration of clients and cloud applications
  • User-oriented behavior, contact, follow up via ticketing or in person
  • You have conceptual and analytical skills as well as first/preliminary professional experience in planning and technical implementation of internal IT projects, e.g. optimisation of OfficeI
Part of your daily business is the experienced handling of:
  • Windows, MacOS and iOS
  • Managing Windows Domain environment (create users, reset passwords, etc..)
  • Navision ERP System L1 Support
  • Office 365 Apps and G-Suite
  • Implementation of IT projects
  • Setting up workstations and printers
  • Purchase of hardware, manage stock
  • Control of service providers
  • Collaboration in ticket system
  • Local Office IT support
  • Remote IT support via remote connection
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

​You are used to adhering to work processes and documenting them completely, have a high level of quality awareness, work reliably and independently
  • You exhibit a high degree of personal responsibility in dealing with company data and systems
  • You understand – or are willing to learn – what is required to achieve strong personal  data protection
  • You have a good knowledge of English and German.
