(Senior) IT Project / Program Manager (m/f/d)

What awaits you with us

We are building an IT management organisation, as all technology work including change and project management, has been sourced from a large array of external suppliers. The company now needs a more integrated approach. Therefore you can be the one to join our IT team as (Senior) IT Project / Program Manager (m/f/d).
Your tasks in detail:
  • Lead the work throughout the IT change processes from concept and prioritisation to deployment and hand-over to operation
  • Coordinate the different teams – in most cases this means across 2 or more suppliers and often several projects with interdependencies
  • Liaising with Developers, Engineers, Testers, Business Analysts and business leads in resolving uncertainties, issues, and resource constraints
  • Supporting our delivery teams to plan their workload by overseeing planning and estimating time for development work
  • Communicating with the team and the wider company about your projects

What you bring

  • Experience in IT Project Management, ideally but not necessarily with an eCommerce, Payments, Procurement background
  • At least 5 years of work experience for the Manager (m/f/d) position or more than 10 years of work experience for the Senior Manager (m/f/d) position
  • Solid understanding of basic company functions (files, master data, KM, etc. etc) as we are also restructuring these components
  • Strong skills in project planning, tracking and prioritisation and stakeholder management
  • Routine in directing analysis of processes, workflows, customer journeys and transactions 
  • Critical thinking and strong business analytical sense as you will initially be working in an environment where data-on-hand and business process knowledge is limited 
  • Very strong skills in adapting to a high-level conceptual ideas and drive the organisation to creating tangible, and well defined projects, which you will be leading through to delivery 
  • Experience with Project Management Tools and ITIL
  • Strong skills in Office365, Routine in maintaining RAID logs, working skills in Jira and Confluence
  • Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage time efficiently
