Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Retail - Benelux

What awaits you with us

As a Key Account Manager you are responsible for  building the retail business in a sustainable way. You will be responsible for Drug /Perfumery customers, Department stores and Food customers. With your existing network, ownership, a healthy dose of guts you will have the opportunity to further expand the business.
Your tasks in detail:
  • Strategic and operational management of existing key accounts in Belgium/Luxembourg
  • Drive market development and acquire new customers
  • Align customer portfolio strategy with our product and brand vision
  • Deal management including pricing and negotiations
  • Translate company strategies into activation plans  at your customers 

What you bring

  • Master or Bachelor degree
  • Approximatley 4 years of sales experience as a (Junior) Key Account Manager
  • Driven and Result oriented
  • Creative, an "out of the box" attitude, bringing real added value 
  • Very good communicator, good presentation, influencing skills 
  • Experience in FMCG/hair and beauty industry is an advantage
  • Good skills in Dutch, English and French
