Retail Account Manager (m/f/d) - Poland

  • Acquire new accounts and run the extra mile to deliver on targets
  • Prepare a sales presentation and active sales of products and brands in line with company strategic goals
  • Manage the relationship with partners
  • Monitor the market and competition, as well as orders and re-orders
  • Be the point of contact for any customers´ issues and complaints
  • Visit partners and stores regularly. Provide feedback after visits and create improvement plans if necessary
  • Implement necessary trainings in stores or salons
  • Monitor and prepare reports and participate in preparing plans and forecasts

What you bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably in the beauty sector in an international company
  • Skilled negotiator with a strong strategic approach
  • Creative with "out of the box" thinking, providing an added value for our clients
  • Have strong analytical skills, result-oriented and experienced with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator with great presentation and influencing skills
  • With a positive and „can do attitude”
  • Proficient in English, German can be an additional asset
