Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Reporting to the Paris Regional Sales Manager, you will manage and develop accounts on the hair salon networks and potentially local groups of salons. You will have a well-defined sector where you will approach and recruit hairdressers who are passionate about the profession
  • Building a customer portfolio that reflects the brand's image and is consistent with the objectives set
  • Transmit New Flag's passion to our clients and set up training sessions on your sector in order to create a privileged link with the salons
  • You ensure that the conditions are respected, follow and develop the business flow and commercial relationship with each of your customers throughout the year
  • You actively participate in the construction of the commercial policy in order to achieve national objectives in terms of volume, presence, profitability, turnover, etc.

Das bringst Du mit

  • With a commercial or technical background, you have successful field experience, if possible in prospecting or construction in the sector
  • You are an entrepreneur: you like to propose innovative approaches and solutions. You are not afraid of failure
  • You are a warrior: you are constantly seeking to improve your performance
  • You are a very good communicator and considered by your entourage as someone who is involved, pragmatic and very pedagogical with an incredible team spirit
  • An experience in the world of hairdressing or have an appetite for this tour (optional but a plus)
  • The B permit (compulsory)
  • Fluent English is a plus (ideally you send us your application in English)
  • You are a user and you master the social networks, which are very important in your future activity in your sector (Instagram and Facebook in particular)
  • You have a perfect command of IT tools (Microsoft Office)
