Our Application Process
You want to be a part of New Flag and are wondering what happens after sending in your application? Find out here how to get from sending your application to your first day at work in just a few steps.
Your Job Application
The first step is to send us your job application digitally via our Careers Portal. Once your application has been successfully submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Your application will be processed by us and prepared for the next steps. You don't need to do anything else at this point - we will contact you personally.
Review of your Application Documents
In the next step, your application will be reviewed in detail by our HR team and after review of any final questions, it will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
Interview
In the third step, we will invite you to get to know us personally. This can be a telephone interview or a personal meeting at our Munich office. This way, you will get to know our HR team as well as a part of your future team. Depending on the position, you could have between one to three rounds of interviews.
Our Decision
If you convinced us in your interview(s), then we will decide promptly and contact you with a contract offer.

If everything fits from your side as well and you felt comfortable getting to know us personally, we would be pleased if you responded to our offer and also decided in our favour.

Now nothing stands in the way of a start at New Flag. To make your start with us easier, we will be providing you with information about your new job and your onboarding two weeks before you start your new job.
